Download is in Links Then open Steam, go to Hello Neighbor, right click Hello Neighbor and click on properties, then click local files and click browse local files, then click hello neighbor and drag or copy + paste the content file in the ConsoleEnabler folder into the Hello Neighbor folder and then click replace files into destination and then you can open Hello Neighbor.
