Enable SSL in Greenbone Security Assistant (Source Edition)

I will add a ssl certificate from Let&Encrypt to the sever to allow SSL connections on port 443. I will also redirect any requests coming in on port 80 to port 443. The gsad.service file will be modified to make these changes.
