Nepal&National Anthem was declared as the national anthem of Nepal on August 3, 2007. The poet Pradeep Kumar Rai, aka Byakul Maila, wrote the lyrics for Sayaun Thunga Phool Ka Hami. The late Amber Gurung composed the music.
