R.I.P Kelly :( my ME3 casualties list till now: Mordin Solus Thane Krios Legion Miranda Lawson Kelly Chambers Alisa Shepard :S SPOILER : save Kelly , you can get 10 war asset points more because she knows alot ex Cerberus engineers , after the citadel battle , meet Kelly , she will thanks you and after that sends you a mail about her ex Cerberus friends (Cerberus hunting them too) to save Kelly (and get 2 more extra chat times with her :) ) the 2nd time you visit Citadel (after the battle at Palaven moon) you will allowed to enter holding area , come and meet her at the clinic for refugees in the time line between Palaven missions and Citadel mission (Citadel mission happened after the mother of all thresher maw killed the poor Reaper :)) ) you can chat with her 2 more times (of couse , with her new look and name)
