Suzuki Samurai Diff/Transfercase Oil Change (DIY DIFF OIL FILLER)

Suzuki SJ413 Diff and Transfercase Oil Change Difficulty Rating 4/10 This process is the same for Most Vehicles including Suzuki Sj410/Samurai and Jimny. The Whole Process took me less than an hour with waiting for the oil to drain completely taking most of the time. I made use of SAE 80w90 Gearing Oil for the Front & Rear Diff, Transmission and Transfercase. The Suzuki SJ413 take... Front Diff - 2L Oil Rear Diff - 1.5L Oil Transmission - 1.3L Oil Transfercase. - 0.8L Oil Tools Required 1 x 17mm Ring Socket / Ratchet 1 x 10mm Square 1 x Diff Oil Filler DIY Diff Oil Filler Take a see-through plastic bottle (In this case a 1.5L) so that you can clearly mark your half way (And this way determine the volume ) Drill a 12mm Hole in the Screw Cap and attach a Small 12mm Hose with a Length of +- 15cm. Glue / Silicone the hose to the cap to ensure it is sealed firmly and BOBS YOUR UNCLE!!!
