We're Back! - Posing Workshop led by Jessica Pap

So, it&been a while... After all the competitions last fall we both went back to our regular jobs and the channel got on the back burner a little bit. We kinda needed a break from the fitness world I guess. But, now we&back and we want to show this years season in its entirety. Jess got an invitation to hold a posing workshop and seminar at a SBFF (Swedish IFBB) last weekend so this is a video about that. It was a lot of fun and the fitness vibe was really there, felt like we both missed it a lot.
