How to Make an Undertale Butterscotch Cinnamon Pie

Make sure the edges are a little thick. Poke holes in the bottom with a fork. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely. Whip 1 cup cream to stiff peaks. Set aside. Sprinkle gelatin over 1 TBL of water and allow to soak for five minutes. For Cinnamon butterscotch filling: In a medium heavy pot, place brown sugar, white sugar, water, butter, and lemon juice along with a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Then, cook on medium heat for about 8-12 minutes or until it darkens in color. Consult the video for what it should look like. Then, turn off the heat and add 1/4 cup of heavy cream. Once cream is incorporated, add cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until it tightens up. Turn off the heat. While it’s still warm, add the block of cream cheese and reserved gelatin.
