Ep033 HP Officejet Pro 6960 Repair Possible Part 1

Given this printer for free, no black cartridge so chances are this is good for parts. I have a few methods for cleaning print heads although this may not be a good candidate ad it is a updated firmware HP. I will go through the process of assessing problem, trying a few methods and time permitting, only have 2 videos on this.
