My classes invite all ages and flexibility levels to play and move their bodies. The instructions I give throughout the class are completely optional, you may want to move in a completely new way that resonates with your body - and I say do it!! Take care with your movements and modify any pose/motion that you aren’t feeling today. Thanks for joining xxx CLASS DESCRIPTION: Today&class is a Vinyasa. So we will be flowing through movements fairly quick in order to provoke some SWEAT and increase the circulation of your energy flow. The movements are accessible for beginners, the intermediate aspect is that we move quickly and certain movements require more balance and flexibility. No matter your level though I encourage you to at least try it because either way we will definitely be sweating by the end.
