Ubuntu wont start: /dev/sda5/ contains a file system with errors, check forced

If you are seeing this screen and have the Busybox shell prompt available type: fsck /dev/sda1 -y Basically a fix disk command switch the sda number to the drive that it says the error is on. -y I think just skips the yes prompts that come up. Here is a great guide for more info its the one Im using in the video.
