If you bought liftoff app directly from rotorriot there is no email download directing you to a link to download and install the software after purchase. Wrote the company and asked about a link, after a few days they wrote back it was too late by then. Had already installed the software. If you buy it directly from the steam app it is pretty seamless. Install steam first: WhatSize
