Royal Enfield Continental GT Review 2017 Australia. I got the chance to conduct a Royal Enfield Continental GT review in Australia. This was the first time I had ever ridden the Royal Enfield Classic 500 as well as the Royal Enfield Continental GT. I have ridden other Royal Enfield motorcycles before, just not these two. Thanks to Royal Enfield in Sydney, I got the opportunity to ride both the Royal Enfield Classic 500 and the Royal Enfield Continental GT. The last two Royal Enfield motorcycles that I had not ridden. The Royal Enfield Classic 500 has a post war styling body, 500cc engine that produces 27.2bhp, has more of a cruising aspect and focuses more on comfort. The Royal Enfield Continental GT is a cafe racer styled, 535cc engine which produces 29bhp which combines elements of the classic 500 however redefined to provide a more sporty, high performance experience. Although the Royal Enfield Classic 500 has that enjoyable, comfortable and relaxed feel to it which is somewhat forgone on the Continental GT - overall if I had to choose between the two, I would pick the Continental GT, but if I had enough money, I would buy both.
