Today you get to find your inner dancer with this wonderful Ballet Barre Workout! Together we&work the legs, buns, and core while improving our posture, strength, and flexibility. Grab your ballet slippers (or socks), find something sturdy to hold on to, make sure you have room, and let&dance! For those in the NYC area, come take one of my classes at the Joffrey Ballet School!
