GTA SA: Dumb Da Nang Boys

This happens during the mission Outrider. If the van catches on fire but doesn&explode (due to cheats) then the Da Nang Boys will stop shooting at it and will run away if they&too close. If the van gets healed back to it&health then Da Nang Boys won&attack it but only CJ. The van driver will attempt to enter the van but it will be locked so it will carjack a NPC. The van driver will be waiting at the crack factory.
