Charming Chemical Reactions
Really good and nice load for the money.. they are really cheap, so i did not expect much, but it does solve the task, specially if you are on a budget. A bit unstable especially at higher input voltages : 10nF C58 removed, now acceptable (but not perfectly silent) Solderings a bit fast made, missing cleaning, solder drops a few places, Banana plugs too large hole, but who uses banana connectors for high currents anyways, a bit funny menu / setup system, but with a little bit practice it actually goes ok, specially when looking in manual at the same time, a few funny errors in manual found, ha ha it is NOT nixie tubes :-) like they say. Manual say a KP184 weight is 4.5kg but it is 3.4kg !! it is a bit susperious they also say the KP182 (the 200W type) weight is 3.5kg FETS used 6 x IRFP250M they handle 250V Calibration manual found here : eevblog thread explain unstable behaviour and fix : Super good video that explain how to perform voltage calibration: ------------ ------- I use auto generated subs, I go thru them my self, but i am far from perfect at finding all errors, so if you find errors worth fixing, please comment (or PM) with the TIME in the video you saw the error, i will be happy to fix it. This also apply to the Danish version. -- (Thanks to all my Sponsors / Traders / Swappers / Sellers / Buyers, without your support and constant flow of cool items in/out, none of this would be possible)
