BC-654a PE-104a put a 1 OHM resistor in series with the output of the diode bridge October 22, 2022

Many stern warnings from expert blogs that the 1.4 volt filament tubes must not have filament voltage exceeded. I added a 1 ohm resistor in series with the silicon diode bridge which feeds the filament heaters. Getting about -1.3 volts filament and about -1.2 volts when the dial lamp button is pressed. Radio seems like it can run for awhile now and not fade down to nothing. Small steps. One at a time.
