Poor Quality & Faulty Techage 4MP IP Camera that cannot be connected

Seller from Techage store send this poor quality and faulty 4MP Camera to me after 1 and half month after placing order from Aliexpress. After multiple photos of damage and video of the camera not able to be connected to multiple NVR (even @Jhua NVR) they are not convinced that it was faulty and still want you to provide more video to proof that it is faulty. I had to waste some much time and effort to get help to confirmed from expert that setup camera system and they also concluded that this camera is faulty. Now I become a video producer for faulty camera in YouTube.
