WARNING ⚠️ Please do not attempt this unless you are very experienced with cats. This poor cat has 7 ingrown nails of which i managed to remove all of them. This is the third one I am removing. I used a human nail clipper, colloidal silver to clean the area before and after, and also a pet nail clipper to pull out the nails from the paw pads. You may also use a tweezer. Be careful not to cut too close to the quick/ nerve. After removing the ingrown nail and using colloidal silver to clean the wound, check to ensure that there is no persistent bleeding beyond a few minutes. If present, please bring your cat to the vet as it might indicate tissue injury and your cat is at risk of getting an infection. If the cat is showing signs of severe distress before you start or is aggressive, please do not proceed as it might be very painful and you may injure the cat further. Bring to the vet for removal.
