This video shows how the automated systems for moving and positioning wagons developed and implemented by CTG work at the objects of internal cleaning of tanks, which were supplied by us as part of washing complexes. Automated movement and positioning systems (APSPV) designed for moving and positioning the rates of wagons: tank cars, freight cars and gondola cars, passenger cars, and other types of rolling stock in automated mode. Shunting devices ASPPV can be placed both in enclosed spaces, and on access roads. In all cases, a traction module is used as a drive, which, depending on the technological need, can have both a direct and reverse working stroke. ASPPV used for washing rolling stock, in contrast to shunting locomotives, make it possible to move trains at a uniform speed necessary to ensure the quality of washing, according to the technological process. For washing electric trains, this speed is 0.6-0.9 km / h, for passenger cars - 1-1.5 km / h. For comparison, the minimum speed of a shunting locomotive, established by the rules of Russian Railways, is 1.5 km / h, which clearly does not contribute to the quality of washing. The advantage of such shunting systems is the automation of technological operations for moving rolling stock.
