You may want to do this mobility routine every day. Wonder why? The selection of exercises covers all big joints (spine, shoulders, hips) & their major movement patterns ?. These are easy to perform or modify for each individual (see modifications on screen) ??♀️. They include multiple joints and/or movement patterns and are therefore a more efficient use of your time ⏳.
