*TUTORIAL* PS4 (fix black screen/no signal) to Monitor /w VGA to HDMI

How to connect a PS4 (or any console) using HDMI to VGA adapter. NOTE: In order for this to work, you are going to have to change some settings on the PS4 while its still connected to the TV BEFORE attempting to connect it to the monitor.
