Minecraft Wind Charge Stasis Chamber, Railgun, and Launcher

Mojang has recently revealed the wind charge (aka breeze ball) in the recent 1.21 snapshots, which has a lot of fun uses. However instead of using actual wind charge items, we can capture tons of the breezes own fired projectiles in stasis, using the fact that breezes try to attack iron golems. Capture enough of the breeze balls in stasis, and we can launch nearly anything at supersonic speeds. It should be noted that Mojang is still working on the behavior of wind charges, so it's possible the machine could require further revisions in the future.
