SOUNDPEATS TrueCapsule - Pairing Problem Try the following steps if you fail building connection between two earbuds, or between earphones and device ■Clear pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices ■Place back both earbuds into the charging case and ensure they’re in charging status with the red indicators stays on. (Note: If it’s full charged without red indicators on after place back into the charging case, Pls take it out for a while then put it back again to ensure there are in charging status.) ■Then long press the multifunction button of both earbuds for 10s until the LED light of both earbuds flash white twice. (Note, Pls Keep pressing the multifunction button until the led light of both earbuds flash white twice if 10s doesn’t help.)
