INGREDIENTS:: 7 cups raw casava, grated (or frozen) 3 eggs + 2 for the topping Pinch of salt Kefir lime zest (pandan leaves), or lime zest and juice 1/4 cup butter, soft 2 cups brown sugar 1 cup evaporated milk (fresh milk) + 1 cup for topping 1 can condensed milk 1 cup thick coconat cream 4 tbs flour 100g greated cheese DIRECTIONS: Beat 2 eggs and sugar till foam, mix with 2 tbs flour, add coconat cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, pandan leaves, cook 5 min till thick, add half of the cheese. Mix casava with the rest of the ingredients, add good half of the topping, bake till golden, cover with the rest of the topping, bake until golden. Bon Appétit!
