Full MirrorLink Samsung Android 10

MirrorLink server on Samsung Android 10 is completely different from all other versions of Android and all other phone manufacturers. A completely new procedure was therefore needed. Effective June 1, 2020, Samsung has announced the end of MirrorLink support for new users of MirrorLink. This applies to Samsung phones with Android 9 and Android 10, which have never been connected to the car through the MirrorLink function. If you have Samsung with Android 5 to Android 8, this restriction does not apply to you. If you have Samsung with Android 10, you can easily and free of charge verify the MirrorLink function on your car. Connect your Samsung phone to your car with a short, high-quality USB 3.0 data cable. Activate the MirrorLink function on the car and follow the instructions on the display of your phone! Enable the MirrorLink connection, or update the MirrorLink certificate if required. If you see the RockScout application (or the application representative RockScout icon in Carmode) on the car display, your Samsung MirrorLink is functional and you can continue the installation according to the instructions. If a message appears on the phone display that the MirrorLink certificate could not be downloaded, it is not possible to connect the phone to the car through MirrorLink without the phone root at this time.
