[Traffic Cam] Seattle police chase caught on camera (+ scanner audio)

On January 10th 2024, Seattle police chased an armed man who had threatened a woman who had a no-contact order against him. The chase started in Queen Anne, went through South Lake Union, and ended on Interstate 5, just south of James Street. I don&have access to the WSDOT cameras that cover I-5, but the 7th and James camera provided an okay view of the chase before it ended. This guy almost got away - he got quite a lead on officers, and then made it onto southbound I-5 while almost all of the officers went northbound. Unfortunately for him, his vehicle was damaged during the chase; an officer saw the smoke in the tunnel leading to southbound I-5 and was able to catch up to the quickly failing vehicle.
