Today&workout focuses on steady state cardio that targets the waist, abs, and arms. This is a moderate pace Standing Abs Cardio Core Kickbox Workout that will help tighten and tone your midsection all while burning calories. I want you to really focus on feeling the movements in your core! To add more resistance in the workout we are using 1lb Laceup Wrist Weights (optional). We have 10 moves for 40 seconds of effort and 10 second transition. After 2 rounds we SCULPT those arms with heavier weights (I&using 8lbs.) doing all standing exercises. With 10 moves for 50 seconds and 10 second transition, this keeps the heart rate up and build endurance and strength. Add bonus...we are moving to the beat of the music, which helps one to push a little harder!
