Stephan Machinery Corp VCM44E Processor Demonstration

This is the demonstration of the Stephan Machinery Cutter, Slicer, Chopper, Processor VCM44E with a Mokon Boiler. Stephan, Model VCM44E, 40 quart, vertical, bowl chopper / mixer with number of pounds of product per hour - depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with a 19½" ID x 11" deep stainless steel mixing bowl, (2) 1" long bottom chopper / mixing blades, 90° tilt, flip up / bolt down cover and low pressure jacket. ½ Hp top side scrapper motor drive and two speed (1750 / 3500 rpm) ( 8 / 12 ) Hp bottom chopper blade motor drive. Control package with start / stop, slow / fast, push buttons with digital readout and e-stop. Allowable operating temperature of jacket and bowl: 95°C / 203°F. OAD: 36"L x 25"W x 54"H Mokon, Model DR Series, DR4018AFW, 9kW - 18kW circulating water control system rated from 40°F to 250°F and up to 40 gallons per minute at 32 psi. Equipped with stainless steel pump housing, impeller and shaft with a silicon-carbide seal, 1.5 Hp ODP motor, controller with LCD indication of set point and process fluid temperature and automatic air purge, helps reduce air from the processing lines and system during start-up to prevent potentially harmful air pockets from forming with 10 foot power cord and Epoxy powder coated cabinet provides internal component protection Mounted on removable casters for ease of mobility.
