Can You Record Your Game & Play CS:GO on Ryzen 4650U Pro Laptop

Thought I would see how my Lenovo Yoga 6, with the Ryzen 4650U Pro and 8GB of RAM, could handle recording with OBS while playing CS:GO. Long story short, even though this chip can handle light gaming. It cannot handle light gaming while recording.
