This shaking and swaying move will help you do typical oriental dance moves. Let’s go! Put your feet shoulder-width apart. This is your starting position. Keep your knees soft. What you should do is relax your hips completely. How can you tell if your hips are relaxed? Stand on toes with one foot, relax, hug your hip with your hands and shake it, move your meat around the bone. Your hip bone is here and this is where you must relax your muscles.
