How to upgrade Lenovo 510 S Ideacentre PC - Add SSD, Graphic card, RAM

Its New Updated version of previous one. Guys, we are discussing here how to upgrade Lenovo Ideacenter 510 S -08IKL. There are many problems while upgradation like : 1. power output only 180 watt 2. No dedicated 3rd SATA power supply for extra SSD 3. No dedicated space for extra SSD 4. No space for conventional graphic card (GPU) But here we have added RAM, SSD and GPU over existing one. Now we are having both 1TB HDD and 256 GB SSD.After much search on internet we achieved it successfully and now sharing with all of you, who want to upgrade any branded small form factor PC/desktop.
