IT&HERE!!! The (probably) most requested thing since I started teaching mobility online was "GIVE US YOUTUBE VIDEOS!!"... And so I delivered :) This first video is a 15 minute full body mobility routine, you don&need any equipment for this and it&beginner friendly! However, expect to both stretch AND SWEAT hehe. You will do each exercise for 60 seconds and then rest for 30. During each REST you will see the upcoming exercise on the screen. We finish off with couple of static stretches. » TIPS: - if your knees feel uncomfortable in any of these poses, try adding some cushioning under - don&worry about "perfect" form. Just do your best & enjoy yourself! - if you need more rest, TAKE IT. Challenge your body but also respect it.
