Hi ??...these waffles are so easy to make and use no almond flour or coconut flour either...they are completely FLOURLESS and are perfect to make sandwiches or even drizzled with sugar free syrup and cinnamon...I’m using these waffles tonight for my EGG FAST and will be turning them into a sandwich Here’s the recipe : Waffles : Recipe: 2 oz cream cheese 2 eggs 1 tbsps butter (melted) 1/2 tsp baking powder A pinch xanthan gum Method : Take a blender and crack the eggs into it. Next add the room temperature cream cheese to it. Give it a good blitz in the blender. Now add the butter, baking powder and xantham gum to it. Give it another good mix such that it becomes nice and frothy. Next follow the instructions of your waffle maker and drop the mixture into the cavities seeing that all the holes are well covered. You will get perfect waffles every time. Oh yeah !...see that you butter or oil your waffle maker generously before pouring in the mixture. Enjoy !
