Synth Stuff Ep. 59 - Roland Fantom-6

Obviously this is a synth/workstation much deeper than my normal video format can cover, so in my usual fashion, here are select sounds of the Fantom 6 from my initial browsing. My first real keyboard was a Motif ES7. It competed with the Fantom and Triton models at the time and, while I loved my Motif and eventually also got a Triton, the Fantom always had my interest. Nice to hear some old favorite Fantom sounds in here along with new ones and throw them through the analog filter. This would make a killer centerpiece of a studio with it&CV/gate and MIDI connectivity. Roland actually did a pretty decent job on this! Now about that Jupiter X... Check out my synth duo at:
