In the latest GeForce Game Ready driver, version 531.18, Nvidia implements an AI video upscaler, which should deliver sharper video in Chromium based browsers when upscaling from lower resolutions. To test this, I took my latest video and made a side-by-side comparison as upscaling from 1080p, 720p and even 360p to 4K. Pause this video at any time and see the difference for yourself.* RTX VSR requires a GeForce RTX 40 or 30 Series GPU and works with nearly all content streamed in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Both Chrome (version 110.0.5481.105 or higher) and Edge (version 110.0.1587.56) have updated recently to support RTX VSR. *Hope YouTube video compression algorithm doesn&mess up the image quality.
