This is a 15-minute high-intensity interval workout that requires no equipment. With hard & easy variations of each exercise, this HIIT workout is for everyone! Tight for time? No equipment? But you still want to do some training? Then this high-intensity interval training session is for you. HIIT is all about working at a high intensity but for short periods of time. So, for this workout, we’re going to work hard for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds rest. There are 9 different exercises and we will be doing 3 sets of each!
