Mi smart scale 2 calibration error.

I recently brought this scale and it arrived on the 18th June of 2020 and I wanted to use this to motivate myself into getting into a model like body and on the 21st June, there was some calibration error where it said I am over 150kg which isn&true and as using a brand that is known for making amazfit bip watches, this was working well before until it started to calibrate incorrectly. I don&know if I am getting a refund or will this product will be fixed permanently because I want to lose the excess fat for myself.
