Yoga Exercises with the Cat and Standing Forward Bend and Downward Dog Poses In this video, I will begin by doing the "cat" pose. By arching my back and breathing, it will stretch your back. From there, I will do a "standing forward bend" pose. This will stretch your legs and back. I will transition into a "downward dog" pose. This will really stretch your back.
