Digital AC Climate Control (ZF-2008) 2012 Range Rover Evoque

I purchased one of these units (Digital AC Climate Control (ZF-2008)) for my 2012 Range Rover Evoque and it was supposed to be plug and play. I installed it (plugged both connections) and nothing happen, unit did not turn on. So I thought maybe it was defective and then got another unit and yes the same thing happened and it would not turn on. I do not think this works for my model car and they should stop selling it like it does.
