Removing dead tree from Powerlines

Hey Everyone! Often times when a tree or limb is in contact with the primary, you can easily and safely remove it while the power remains on. In this particular case, the tree had a bit of weight across two separate phases. Although the arcing had stopped, disturbing it could be a recipe for a blinding arc. Also It could not be reached using my boom. Approaching the area on foot (although very dry and not likely conducting) is very bad practice as there is the possibility for step potential.
