Ladies, Get ready for this 1 hour calories "killer walk" the weight off workout. We are targeting 10,000 steps, but everyone is different and we all go with different speed, so please just go with the pace you feel comfortable with, but at the same time challenge yourself to finish it. It will be pretty challenging, but I know you can finish all the way to the end with me!!! -------- You are doing just amazing if you got to this point of the challenge that is why I made this workout to challenge you even more and to find all your strength to finish it! First 30 minutes we are going just bodyweight and second part of the workout you will need lighter dumbbells. I am using 3 pound dumbbells in each hand, but feel free to feel up the bottles with water, if you don&have any. Also, we are going with 45 seconds intervals with 15 seconds rest (your rest time is walking on the spot with me). Let&do this together!!
