You can lock in position at the press of a button, no need to muck around with anchoring and lining up the boat with the current, this Minn Kota Ulterra has dual GPS sensors so they actually line the boat up for you, just tell it which direction you want to face and press a button...can you see why these are game changers now? The Min Kota Ulterra has serious grunt pumping out 112 pounds of thrust. That'll take you at a really good speed into the current, wind, and waves all at once. The self stow/deploy feature literally means 1 button position locking. No problem. The wireless i-pilot control is easy to use and very malfunction. The Ulterra even has Bluetooth connectivity and can even be controlled by your smartphone. This electric motor is built tough with an indestructible composite 72» shaft. The prop has a weedless wedge function so it doesn't get tangled up.
