The central hotel tower, the Makkah Clock Royal Tower, has the world&largest clock face and is the third-tallest building and fifth-tallest freestanding structure in the world. Very busy shopping centre, you can almost find all the western brands and arab brands. Lots of nice abaya shops if you did not back for the weather not more than 150 riyals. You can buy flipflops for tawaf, lots of legitimate and registered charities if you wish to donate your zakat or sadaqa. There are many cafes like starbucks but always super busy so it will take you an hour to grap a coffee. Bin Dawood is the saudi Sainsbury, you can find pretty much everything here. Couple of chemists in here if you need medications or dealing with blisters as there is a lot of walking in the Kabbah. Ladies toilets and prayer rooms are next to the food court You can buy miswak ( traditional toothbrushes ) from outside the mall. Food court at the 2nd and 3rd floors.
