Simple Nuclear Reactor People Playground

So I decided to make a nuclear reactor while messing around with nitroglycerin rockets and artillery which sadly lead nowhere, It&a rather crude simple design with a random unmeasurable power level, the lowest I&seen is 9,000 with a high 26,000 This only works on the Sea map as the Reactors pumps need access to water so it can stay cool, if it didn&then the reactor would go critical and explode
