Sometimes a static figure just doesn&cut it. In this Code Club, Pat uses gganimate and magick to animate two figures in R that are synchronized with each other. Pat will show how to create a GIF that shows how the value of a biomarker relates to the sensitivity and specificity of that biomarker on a receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve. Do you have a figure that you would like to receive a critique or help improving? Let me know and I&be happy to arrange a guest appearance!
