Ready for intensity in this chest and tricep workout?!! Chest press, tricep isolation and bodyweight exercises combined within dumbbell trisets therefore longer rest period will be needed! For this triset session you will need a pair of dumbbells and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 17.5kg for chest press and diamond press & 9kg each for everything else! CHEST PRESS FLYES PUSH UPS DEADSTOP CHEST PRESS DIAMOND PRESS DEADSTOP PUSH UPS ALTERNATING CHEST PRESS ALTERNATING FLYES X1 SLOW PUSH UP SKULLCRUSHERS TATE PRESS TRICEP PRESS LYING TRICEP EXTENSION TRICEP PUSH UPS DEADSTOP TRICEP PUSH UPS Finisher: 45/45 CHEST PRESS W / PULSE! PUSH UP W / PULSE! This workout will increase your upper body strength however resting the body post such an intense workout is important to also for the muscles to repair and grow. I love training chest and my favourite triset of all is in this workout; chest press, flyes and straight into push ups! 🔥🔥🔥 It may involve a lot of lying on the mat but nothing is relaxed about this workout!
