Asterisk ↔ Odoo Connector from VentorTech allows calling from Odoo ERP and receiving incoming calls. You can also record calls and log them into CRM. An operator can forward calls to the appropriate person. Group calls are also available as well as whispering (only one user hears the "whisper") and barging (a manager can join a call).
