Renault scenic 2 1.9 dci 88kw worn oil rings???

Hello, my car is using oil, especially when driving on high speeds, it need topping up every 1000km about 1l of oil. I tried to open oil filler cap and noticed there&some smoking coming out, as u can see in video. Anyone had similar or same issue? What was causing the problem? The car start 1st time every time without any issues, engine runs nicely, pulling good as always.
