Roblox Scripting Tutorial - How To Make A Keycard Door

This Roblox Keycard Door Tutorial will show you how to make a keycard door on Roblox. By using this Roblox scripting Tutorial you&learn how to use the Touched event and how to change properties of objects, which I also went over in my beginners series. You may have seen these keycard doors in games such as Prison Life or Jailbreak where you have to possess a card to get out of jail. With this simple tutorial, you can make your own prison game with a little bit more effort and time. What we have to do to make this key card door is firstly create a tool with a handle which will be your key card. Next, we will create a script which has a Touched event and we will put it inside a part which will be our door. In that event, we will check if the object which touched the door is a Keycard and if it is then we wil let the user through the door by changing the transparency and anchored properties.
