problem with B75-1155 Desktop Computer Mainboard CPU Interface LGA 1155

Received the motherboard back in February. The seller sent the Board without visible damage. There was the Celeron G530 CPU for the LGA 1155 socket. Put together a computer, turned on. The computer was not working. Checked components: - - the power supply is working (tested on another computer); - - RAM running (tested on another computer); - the hard disk is turned off, as without it, the BIOS needs to be loaded. - we took another processor I3-3225-with it too BIOS is not tested and is not loaded. Carried in service, there told that the problem is in the motherboard. In the video, the motherboard is removed from the system unit for clarity.
